How Pharius is structured: Database, Custom Register and Compliance Themes

In Pharius you work with three building blocks that reinforce each other: the Database, your Custom Register and the Compliance Themes.

Together they ensure that you not only have an overview of all relevant legislation, but can also structure, monitor and demonstrate it within your organization.

Database

With Pharius you have access to the complete Lexerta database.
This is maintained daily and includes an extensive range of legislation, including national, European and international regulations. This way you always have an up-to-date and reliable legal basis.

Custom Register

Complying with your legal framework starts with insight into the specific legal obligations that apply to your organization.
With Pharius you can easily compile a clear and personal register with all relevant legislation and associated requirements.

This register is drawn up based on:

  • the activities of your organization
  • environmental permits
  • risk analyses
  • and other company documents

The register forms your own tailor-made database.
Pharius continuously monitors the relevant legislation and automatically informs you of changes that are important for your register.

Compliance Themes

The compliance themes help you to organize legislation and regulations clearly.
In these theme folders you can:

  • link evidence (such as procedures, audits, instructions…)
  • assign and monitor tasks
  • demonstrate compliance within your organization

Through the Compliance Manager you can easily monitor how your organization is doing and report on the current compliance status.
