Most Riskreporter notifications are created via the Riskreporter app.
However, it is also possible to create a report directly in Pharius, for example for internal registration or follow-up.
Follow these steps
- Select Notification in the purple menu bar.
Click on + New notification.
Fill in the fields on the Add notification screen.
- Click Create.
