A task is a clearly defined action for yourself and/or for one or more colleagues. You decide whether a task is one-time or periodic. If desired, you can set a reminder so that the involved persons automatically receive an email at the right time.
Where can you create a task?
You can link a task to different parts within Pharius, depending on the purpose of the action.
- Register line – to demonstrate that you comply with (part of) a (legal) obligation.
- Change to be assessed – to set up actions when assessing the relevance of a legislative change.
- Theme – to schedule general or recurring actions within a theme (for example inspections, permits, site visits or toolbox meetings).
- RiskReporter report – to follow up on risks and, where possible, structurally prevent them.
Good to know
You can also create a standalone task that is not linked to a register, register entry, change, theme or RiskReporter report. You do this via the Task overview .
