Once the register and themes are set up, it is important to actively work with the relevant laws and regulations for your organization. In addition to actions and audits, determining the compliance status is essential to ensure demonstrable compliance within Pharius.
You can set the compliance status per individual register item, or in bulk by updating all items within a single theme at once.
Follow these steps
- Click Compliance in the menu bar.
- Open the Themes tab.

Open the theme for which you want to set the compliance status in bulk.
- Select all register items by checking the checkbox at the top left.
- Choose Compliance status.

Click the Compliance status button that appears.

Enter the compliance status, optionally add a date and a comment, then click Save.

Confirm again with Save to overwrite existing data for all register items in this theme.
The new compliance status is now applied to all register items within this theme.
