⚡ How do I create a new user and set the correct permissions?

In the Compliance manager, you define which permissions each user has within registers and compliance. You also configure access to the Risk manager and Audit manager modules.

How to proceed

  1. Go to Users (gear icon in the menu bar)
  2. Click + New user
  3. Click the three dots next to the user → Edit
  4. Set the required permissions
  5. Click Save

Register and compliance permissions

Define which access a user has to registers and compliance.

Register permissions
Define what a user can do in a register: view, edit, review changes, export or manage.

Compliance permissions
Specify for which registers a user can configure and follow up compliance, for all registers or only specific ones.


Module permissions

Define access to the Audit manager and Risk manager.

Audit manager
Define who can view, respond to, or manage audits: no access, participation in assigned audits only, or full access.

Risk manager
Define who can view and handle records: only assigned items, all items, or full access to settings and structure.


Good to know
You only see the modules that are activated in your environment.

Attention
Only administrators can manage users and permissions. Removing permissions immediately revokes access.
