⚡ Why are notifications not reaching the right person?

Are notification holders not receiving emails for new notifications? This is probably because no notification holder is linked to the location of the notification. As a result, notifications can go unnoticed and remain unaddressed.

How to resolve this

  1. Go to the Notifications module
  2. Click on Manage at the top right
  3. Open the list of locations
  4. Select the location for which you want to assign a notification holder
  5. Link a notification holder
    On the right side, you can add one or more users in the Location notification holder field

Note
If no notification holder is set for a location, no email will be sent for a new notification.
The notification will then not be assigned to a responsible person and may go unnoticed.
Only the organisation administrator can still see these notifications arriving in Pharius.
