Are notification holders not receiving emails for new notifications? This is probably because no notification holder is linked to the location of the notification. As a result, notifications can go unnoticed and remain unaddressed.
How to resolve this
- Go to the Notifications module
- Click on Manage at the top right
- Open the list of locations
- Select the location for which you want to assign a notification holder
- Link a notification holder
On the right side, you can add one or more users in the Location notification holder field
Note
If no notification holder is set for a location, no email will be sent for a new notification.
The notification will then not be assigned to a responsible person and may go unnoticed.
Only the organisation administrator can still see these notifications arriving in Pharius.
