Once you have determined which themes you want to use, you can create compliance themes in Pharius to logically group your compliance register rules.
Follow these steps
- Click on Compliance in the menu bar.
- Go to the Themes tab.
- Click on + New theme.

Fill in the theme details:
- Select the compliance register to which you want to link the theme.
- Enter the name of the theme.
- Add a description to provide extra context.
In the description, you can also include a link to relevant documentation.
- Click Create to save the new theme.

You can further enrich a theme with a clear description, links to relevant documentation, and linked documents as evidence. Below is an example of a fully completed theme.
