By supplementing themes with additional information, you add extra context alongside laws and regulations. Descriptions, hyperlinks, and evidence make follow-up clearer and more targeted.
Follow these steps
- Go to Compliance.
- Open the Themes tab.
- Click the three vertical dots at the top right of the theme you want to edit.
- Select Edit.
You will now enter the Edit Theme screen. You can also open this screen by clicking Edit at the top right within the theme.
Manage description and hyperlinks
On this screen, you can change the name and add or update the description.
You add a hyperlink by:
- clicking the hyperlink icon;
- entering a URL and link text;
- ensuring the link opens in a new tab;
- confirming with Insert.
The hyperlink is now added to the description. You can edit or remove hyperlinks by clicking on them.
Add evidence
Click Select file to add up to 10 files as evidence.
Finally, click Save at the top right to store your changes.
