Depending on the active modules in your Pharius environment, there are different places where you can create tasks.
You can create a task:
- in the task overview
- at a change to be assessed (module Compliance Manager)
- at a register entry (module Compliance Manager)
- at a theme (module Compliance Manager)
- at a incident (module Risk Manager)
- at a measure (module Audit Manager)
Follow these steps
In this article, we start from the task overview.
- Click on Tasks in the menu bar.
Click on + New task.
You will arrive at the New task screen. Fill in the required information and click Create.
The users added to the Assigned to field will automatically receive an email with a link to the task. Through this email, they can view or edit the task.
