Setting a reminder

Every task you create in Pharius can be equipped with a reminder.
With a reminder, the involved persons are timely informed about an outstanding task. These reminders are automatically sent by email.

You can set a reminder when creating a new task or later when editing an existing task.


Follow these steps

You set a reminder when creating a new task or when editing an existing task.

  1. Choose Reminder and select Send reminder.

  2. Set when the reminder should be sent.
  3. Choose who should receive the reminder:
    1. Assigned to – the user(s) performing the task
    2. Owner – the responsible or supervising person
    3. Assigned to and Owner – both groups

If desired, you can also set a reminder on the deadline to be sent.
