With recurring tasks, you can easily track and organize actions that need to take place regularly, directly in Pharius. These tasks are suitable for repetitive activities, such as a monthly toolbox meeting or semi-annual inspections.
You can set the frequency when creating a new task, as explained below.
Follow these steps

Choose Recurring task under Frequency.
- Set the start date.
- Choose the interval in weeks, months, or years and configure the task further.

Set the end date.
- Click Create.
How it works
As long as the current task is not completed, the next task will not be created. This prevents multiple tasks from being open for the same action.
Completed tasks
For a recurring task, you can consult previously completed tasks. Click on a task to view the details and associated documents.
