Creating and Managing Locations

Locations (or departments) are an important part of Riskreporter.

In Pharius you can set up an organizational structure that is used directly in the Riskreporter app.

You can link one or more report holders to each location. They are responsible for the follow-up of reports linked to their location.

Follow these steps

  1. Click on Reports in the menu bar.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. The Report settings screen opens. Click on Locations.
  4. Click on Add location.
  5. Enter a name for the location.
  6. Assign one or more report holders to the location.
  7. Click on Save.
Changing the name of a location
  1. Click on the location you want to edit.
  2. Adjust the name of the location.
  3. Click on Save.
Organizing the location structure

When you move the mouse over a location, the following actions appear:

  • + add a sub-location
  • = move the location within the structure
  • × delete a location
