Archive or delete a register entry

You can manage register entries by archiving or deleting them. Both actions are started in the same way from the register overview.

Follow these steps

  1. Click Compliance in the menu bar.
  2. Open the register that contains the register entry.
  3. Click the three vertical dots next to the register entry.
  4. Choose one of the available actions: Archive or Delete.  
  5. Type akkoord under Verification and click OK.  

What is the difference between archiving and deleting?

  • Archiving
    The register entry is removed from the active overview, but remains available for history, audits, and internal controls.
  • Deleting
    The register entry is permanently removed and is no longer available.

Note: deleting is permanent
When you delete a register entry, all linked compliance, assessments, and comments are also removed. Not sure yet? Then choose Archive first.
