Adding Documents to a Register

Sometimes you want to add new laws and regulations to your register — for example, because your organization is starting or expanding a new activity.
In Pharius, you can easily retrieve these register entries from our database and add them to your existing register.

Follow these steps

Open the register to which you want to add entries and then choose the method that suits your needs.

Open Document Selection

Use this method to search for and add laws and regulations via the Document Selection.

  1. Click on Compliance in the menu bar.
  2. Open the register in which you want to add an entry.

  3. Click at the top on + Add Documents.

  4. The Document Selection window appears. Here you can search for and add laws and regulations.
Add a complete law or regulation

Use this method when you want to add a complete law or regulation as one register entry.

  1. Fill in your search parameters.
  2. Click on Search.
  3. Select the law or regulation you want to add.
  4. Click on Add Documents.

Add a fragment

Use this method if you only need specific fragments from a law or regulation.

  1. Fill in the search parameters.
  2. Click on Search.
  3. Click on the purple title of the law or regulation and then on Text.

  4. Select one or more fragments.
  5. Click on Add Fragments.

Note: do not forget to link to a theme
A new register entry is only correctly included in your register when it is linked to a compliance theme.
