Adding a Register line to a Compliance Theme

You can manage register entries by archiving or deleting them. Both actions are started in the same way from the register overview.

Follow these steps

  1. Click Compliance in the menu bar.
  2. Open the register where the register entry is located.
  3. Click the three vertical dots next to the register entry.
  4. Choose one of the available actions: Archive or Delete.

  5. Type ok in Verification and click Ok.

What is the difference between archiving and deleting?

  • Archiving
    The register entry disappears from the active overview but remains available for history, audits, and internal controls.
  • Deleting
    The register entry is permanently removed and is no longer available.

Note: deleting is permanent

When you delete a register entry, all linked conformity, assessments, and comments also disappear. If in doubt, choose archiving first.
