You can manage register entries by archiving or deleting them. Both actions are started in the same way from the register overview.
Follow these steps
- Click Compliance in the menu bar.
- Open the register where the register entry is located.
- Click the three vertical dots next to the register entry.
Choose one of the available actions: Archive or Delete.
Type ok in Verification and click Ok.
What is the difference between archiving and deleting?
- Archiving
The register entry disappears from the active overview but remains available for history, audits, and internal controls. - Deleting
The register entry is permanently removed and is no longer available.
Note: deleting is permanent
When you delete a register entry, all linked conformity, assessments, and comments also disappear. If in doubt, choose archiving first.
