Searching Documents in a Register

In Pharius, you can quickly find laws and regulations within a register using Search register rule, Filter, Subjects, and Tags. This allows you to easily locate a specific rule or create an overview based on themes, dates, or classifications.

Searching and filtering register rules

In the Register rules tab, you will find several tools at the top of the screen to search and filter register rules.

  • Search register rule
Search by title of the law or regulation or by a fragment or reference.
  • Filter
Filter register rules using different parameters, such as:
    • Dates: entry into force, last amendment, promulgation date, publication date
    • Theme
  • Subjects
Subjects are defined by Lexerta. Laws and regulations are analysed and categorised so you can easily group and filter register rules.
  • Tags
Tags are additional labels that help create cross-references and bundle related register rules. This functionality will be further expanded in future updates.
