After analyzing new legislation, you can include it in your register and link it to a theme.
This way you stay informed about future changes, can assign tasks to comply with the legislation, and can add compliance information and comments.

The procedure in this guide is exclusively applicable to users with a Belgian Pharius environment.

Add new legislation
Follow these steps
You are in the Change to be assessed screen for the new legislation you want to add.

Add the new legislation to a register
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Add to register. - In the pop-up, select one or more registers in which you want to include this legislation.
- Confirm by clicking Add to register.

Link the register line to a theme
Click on the number to the right of the register where you added the legislation. - The register line will be displayed. Then click the thumbtack icon.
- In the pop-up, click Link themes.
- Select one or more themes.
- Confirm by clicking Link themes.
