When working with multiple registers in Pharius, some changes may relate to one register or to multiple registers.
Therefore, there are two equivalent ways to review a change: per register or all at once for multiple (or all) registers. Choose the method that best suits your way of working.
Reviewing a change per register
Use this method when you want to review a change separately per register.
- Select the register for which you want to review the change.
-
In your Dashboard, click on Changes to review in the register tile.
-
In the overview, click on the change you want to review.
- Review the change:
- Assign status and relevance
- Assign tasks
- Prepare impact analysis and implementation report
- Click Save.
Reviewing a change for multiple registers at once
Use this method when the change concerns multiple registers and you want to review it in one action.
Visual indication: the number 2 indicates that this change relates to two registers at once.
- Check that the filter at the top is set to All registers.
- In the Dashboard, click on Changes to review in the register tile.
- Click on the change you want to review.
- You now have two options:
- Review the change for all registers at once
- Or make a selection of the involved registers
- Complete the review (status, relevance, tasks, analysis).
- Click Save.
Note
When new legislation is proposed under Changes to review, it is important to — if relevant — add it to your register.
