Exporting changes to be reviewed can be useful for creating an annual overview for management, or to discuss progress weekly with your HSE colleagues.
This way, you get easy insight into the outstanding and processed changes, and you can share or analyze them outside Pharius.
Follow these steps
- Click on Compliance in the menu bar.
- Select Changes to be reviewed.

Click on Export at the top right and choose the desired file format (CSV or Excel).

You will receive a notification with a link to download the file.
Note
By default, the overview only includes changes that are not yet completed.
If you want to export a complete overview, do not forget to first apply the correct filters.
